Game Mode Preview - Tenno, we are introducing a new Game Mode and need your input. We’re looking for the best fighters to participate in the debut of The Index. Take on a team of brutal Corpus Champions in The Index, masterminded by profit seeker Nef Anyo. Place your Wagers, and compete for Profit and Glory, and let the Credits rain down! New Mods are also available as drops from the Corpus Champions.

Note that this is a Preview of The Index. Greater rewards, Clan Trophies and Leaderboards will come later when the full variant of The Index goes live. We welcome your constructive feedback so we can prepare a proper Operation on a polished version- enjoy!

The Index preview will begin on November 17 at 2 p.m. ET until November 24 at 2 p.m. ET.

NEW GAMEPLAY SYSTEMS

Ayatan Sculptures and Stars & Weekly treasure hunts:

Maroo is looking to collect Ayatan Treasures – ornate Orokin artifacts – and is willing to pay handsomely in Endo. The Ayatan Treasures will come in two forms, Sculptures and Stars which have several variations of rarity and value. Sculptures, which are more valuable, can be worth more by socketing in the appropriate types of Stars. Hunt these treasures down in special Mission given to you by Maroo, or find them during your regular excursions.

New Resource Caches:

Harvest and collect Resources from the world around you! Enemies, lockers and crates will continue to drop Resources, and now you can collect additional Resources by harvesting from the new Resource Caches. All default 'Resource cakes' have been replaced with actual representations of the Resources you're picking up!

Universal Sentinel Vacuum:

Vacuum is now an equippable Mod for all Sentinels with a range of 12m at max rank.

New Variants PvP Mode:

New Variant Game Mode – Experience all-new Conclave matches that feature a set of unique custom game rules. The first available is Annihilation. Equipped with only a modified Opticor, face your fellow Tenno in a lethal one-hit-to-kill battle! Mobility normalized, Warframe Passives, Mods and Abilities disabled.

New PvP Maps:

Perrin Sequence Lunaro Map – This new Lunaro Map honors the Perrin Sequence by introducing a wider goal, soaring structures and modified pillar positions.

Infested-themed Capture the Cephalon Map – This new Map features a Corpus cruiser that has been attacked and overtaken by a massive infestation outbreak. Blown out bulkheads expose Tenno to the open vacuum of space.

NEW WEAPONS & CUSTOMIZATIONS

Gazal Machete – Each kill with this blade adds bonus damage to the Djinn Sentinel’s next Fatal Attraction ability.

Caustacyst - Charge attacks unleash a wave of acid and leaves a trail of corrosive sludge.

Manduka Operator Suit – A new Operator Suit!

Tentacyst Sugatra – A disgusting little nib of flesh to infest the hilt of any melee weapon.

Djinn Gazal Skin – A new skin for the Djinn Sentinel.

Gazal Armor – Shoulder Guards, Chest Plate, and Leg Plates.

Landing Craft Decorations – A whole bunch of new decorations for your Landing Craft
