Once she’s safe, you can speak to Palladino in the unique hub called Iron Wake on Earth. You will first need to use Transference (one of the Abilities you earned during The War Within) in order to enter her chambers. When you do, Palladino will begin to reveal the strange story of a person named Rell.

After further encounters with Red Veil enemies, Ordis will suggest that you purchase Kinetic Siphon Traps from Cephalon Simaris. You can find the orange Cephalon on any Tenno Relay (such as the Kronia Relay over Saturn) and choose to Fast Travel to his chamber via the pause menu.

At the back of Cephalon Simaris’s chamber, there is a blue, holographic terminal where you can purchase Kinetic Siphon Traps for Credits. Make sure to purchase a few and then equip them to your Gear Wheel in the Arsenal before proceeding.

Next comes a series of Missions where you must place a Kinetic Siphon Trap from your Gear Wheel to trap shadowy manifestations of emotion. This will trap the ghostly figures in place, making them vulnerable to damage. You must destroy each of them (while dodging waves of incoming enemies) to continue.

Hostile manifestations of Rell cannot be killed. You simply need to avoid them while tracking down and capturing the emotional manifestations (which you can identify by their shadowy bodies and white, hand-drawn faces).

During the final stretch of the Quest, you will be asked to enter a location in your “true, sacred form.” This means using Transference as you did before in Iron Wake. Inside, you will need to sever several sets of chains with your Transference Abilities and face down more hordes of Red Veil foes. Once this encounter is complete, you will finish the quest and unlock a Harrow Blueprint for later use!
