Spy Missions are unique activities that require the player to hack a specified number of special consoles (usually three) indicated by yellow objective markers. Each terminal is located inside a special chamber and guarded by enemies, security cameras, sensors or a mixture of all three.

Being detected by these defenses inside one of the console chambers will trigger a countdown. If this occurs, you must hack the specified terminal at the objective marker before time runs out. Failure to do so can result in reduced Rewards or even failing the Mission! Spy Missions will put both your stealth and parkour skills to the test, Tenno!

You can also speed up Spy Missions by purchasing the Cipher Blueprint from the Market. Ciphers are crafted in the Foundry and equipped under Gear in the Arsenal. You may consume a single Cipher to instantly complete most hacks — including when you access a Spy Mission console.

Once Awake will introduce you to the Infested enemy faction. These foes come in great numbers, but typically have little to no Armor or Shields and attack at melee range. This makes your Melee Weapon, as well as area-of-effect Weapons and Abilities, very effective at dispatching them in groups. Normal Infested are also typically weak to Slash and Heat damage, while the mutant Infested in the Cambion Drift on Deimos are instead vulnerable to Blast and Gas.

Infested enemies often deal Toxin damage. This can cause a Status that bypasses Shields and deals damage over time directly to your Health! As such, you may wish to purchase the reusable Squad Health Restore Blueprint from the Market. Once crafted at your Foundry and equipped to your Gear Wheel from the Arsenal, you can use these Items to heal yourself and your squadmates while using any Warframe.
