The Second Dream
You can access The Second Dream from your Codex or Quests menu as soon as you unlock Neptune. Similar to past Quests, this will set you on a series of Missions with various marked objectives that should be fairly familiar at this point.
Completing The Second Dream will unlock a plethora of new abilities, upgrade paths, locations and revelations about the story of Warframe. Set aside some time for a lengthy experience and enjoy the ride!

The Search
Expect a Challenge
You can expect several challenging fights unlike anything else you will have seen in Warframe up to this point. Bring your strongest — and favorite — Warframe and Weapons (Primary, Secondary and Melee). You should also make sure you’re comfortable with the hacking mini-games you’ve seen so far.
Seek and Ye Shall Find
One Mission in particular will require you to locate an object without any additional guidance. We recommend you simply explore until you find it! Don't fret if you have trouble, though. The correct location will be revealed to you if you don't find it in within a certain time limit.
Next Steps
Craft Your Railjack Cephalon
The next Main Story Quest, Rising Tide, becomes available immediately after completing The Second Dream. You will receive an Inbox message with a Railjack Cephalon Blueprint. You must first craft the Railjack Cephalon at the Foundry in your Orbiter to proceed.
Bring Your Cepalon to a Dry Dock
When the Railjack Cephalon is complete, you can take it to any Dry Dock to install it. Dry Docks can be constructed inside of Clan Dojos (your Clan may already have one, in fact) or found on the Kronia Relay above Saturn. Later on, you’ll also be able to access it via the Orcus Relay above Pluto.
