The War Within
You can begin The War Within from your Codex or the Quests menu after reaching Sedna. The Lotus will direct you to Lua, where another cinematic story will begin. You will find a mix of familiar objectives both on foot and with the help of your Archwing.

Unlock New Powers
Similar to The Second Dream, however, you will be faced with new types of enemies featuring unique abilities and resistances. You will also unlock and learn about a suite of brand-new Abilities. You will need to use these Abilities to make otherwise indestructible enemies and bosses vulnerable during the Quest.
Build Your Personal Quarters
Completing The War Within will reward you with a number of new items: notably including a Personal Quarters Segment Blueprint. You don’t need to build this right away, but you will eventually need to craft this from your Foundry to begin future Main Story Quests.
Next Steps
Enter the Secret Cetus Door
The next Main Story Quest, Chains of Harrow, becomes available after you meet Onkko in Cetus. He can be found behind a door that will only open while you are in Operator form.
