Another week rolls past on a turbo-charged Coildrive but not too fast for another Remote Observer! This week, we’re focused on changes to Garuda on the PC build and the proposed reworks for two of our older Warframes, Nyx and Titania!

PC UPDATE: GARUDA CHANGES!

We’ve been looking at our newest Warframe, Garuda, as well as the feedback by the community on her power set. Specifically, we’ve made changes to her Dread Mirror, Blood Altar and Seeking Talons powers to increase their usability and make them more viable.

Dread Mirror

• Added an 8-meter area-of-effect stagger when reaching a target with Dread Mirror (not affected by Mods).
• Increased enemy insta-kill threshold from 35% to 40% (i.e. enemy is insta-killed if it’s below 40% of Health).
• Charging Dread Mirror projectile while in the air will let you hover for a few seconds.
• Dread Mirror animations play faster with Natural Talent equipped.

Blood Altar

• Added an 8-meter area-of-effect stagger when impaling an enemy with Blood Altar (not affected by Mods).
• Increased Blood Altar heal radius from 6 meters to 8 meters.
• Blood Altar animations play faster with Natural Talent equipped.

Seeking Talons

• Reduced total Seeking Talons charge time by 33%. Charge now starts faster and slows down as it expands.
• Increased minimum charge size from 15 degrees to 25 degrees, and reduced maximum from 120 degrees to 95 degrees.
• Charging Seeking Talons while in the air will let you hover for a few seconds.

PC UPDATE: CONSERVATION QOL CHANGES

Building your Floof collection just got easier! The following quality of life changes were made to hunting and capturing animals in the Orb Vallis:

• No need to equip lures in your gear spiral! They’ll appear automatically when equipping your Tranq Rifle!
• The Tranq Rifle will now reload quicker.
• Fixed animals spawning too close, causing them to run away immediately.
• Fixed animals disappearing too quickly before they could be captured.

DEV WORKSHOP: NYX AND TITANIA REWORKS

Nyx and Titania are getting kit changes! The main focus is to provide more viability to their kits, increasing their effectiveness and incentivizing use of their whole power set rather than just one or two abilities.

PS4 / XB1 - STILL WORKING ON CERT BUILD

I hope you’re ready to grind that K-Drive to victory, Tenno! Fortuna progress is coming along at a steady rate, and [DE]Steve posted some of the PS4 Fortuna progress over on his Twitter.

Fortuna will release with the fixes and updates we’ve made thus far to the PC version of Warframe, so you will get the updated Garuda as well as all the other quality of life changes made, as the team progresses to full release!

We don't have a release date to share just yet, but we will keep our PS4 and Xbox One Tenno updated when we have more news to share!
