Welcome to issue 73 of The Remote Observer, Tenno! Big things are starting with today’s PC release of Update 26.1: Rising Tide, and the introduction of the Dry Dock! This is the first step toward our Empyrean Update. Want to know more? Then read on!

A ‘CEPHALONIC’ PROBLEM

Cephalon Cy - the newest addition to the Warframe roster of digitized personalities - enters the fray, and as part of your discovery of this relic from the Old War, you must utilize the power of your Clan! Build a Dry Dock and begin construction of your Railjack! What do you need to do, I hear you ask?

• BUILD A DRY DOCK - You can now add this new room to your Dojo, but be aware, the Dry Dock takes up a lot of space! You may need to shift things around to fit this behemoth of a Dojo room!

• REBUILD CEPHALON CY - You will need to research and then build a Railjack Cephalon from the research terminal of your Dry Dock. Once that is complete, you will have access to Cephalon Cy, a brash, militaristic consciousness who can put you on the next steps of Railjack construction!

• BUILD YOUR OWN RAILJACK - Through Cephalon Cy, you will have access to missions and Blueprints to build your own craft, but be assured, it's going to take some construction to get your Railjack ship-shape! This is one of the biggest things you’ll ever build!

We should note that the RISING TIDES (aka Dry Dock) update does not include the full release of Empyrean. This update will give you all the tools you need to prepare for the release of Empyrean, as well as get you familiar with the story behind Cephalon Cy, Railjacks and your role in how Empyrean will play out. If you want to know more, then you’ll have to keep working at getting your Railjack into a space-ready condition!

DOCK WORKERS LOG

As with any update, there are a whole host of new items, fixes, and quality of life improvements coming with Update 26.1: Rising Tide. If you want a quick overview of some of the new gear and bug smashing done, then read below! Space Weevils getting our supplies? I think not!

• EQUINOX ANTONYM COLLECTION - This collection includes the new Antonym Equinox Skin, Astreos Sword-and-Shield Skin and Circadian Syandana!

• CRITICAL BOOST! - We have added some additional Critical Chance boosts to certain Melee items, such as Rivens, and the Amalgam Ripkas Mod. We have also changed the True Punishment Mod to 100% Additional Combo Count Chance, -50% Combo Duration.

• GARUDA POLISH - Garuda got a bit of love this week, with tweaks to both animations and FX, as well as an Energy return buff for Bloodletting, as well as increased Status Chance on Seeking Talons, at the cost of a slightly increased charge time.

• THAT’S GOT TO HURT - Fixed an Opticor pose for Atlas, Frost, Valkyr, Nidus, and Oberon in their Noble Stance. Arms should not be able to bend that way at all…

• MUCH MORE IN THE HOLD - The Update Notes have a whole list of other glorious fixes, from Inaros losing their Sarcophagus after going on a flight, to Heavy Attacks making Eidolon Lures go on a long trip. Make sure you check them out for all the details!

SWITCH LICH FEVER

As many of you may be aware, the Nintendo™ Switch Build is still in the Cert process. While Update 26: The Old Blood was recently released on Xbox and PS4, the certification process for Nintendo™ Switch is taking a while longer as Nintendo™ do their testing, and certify the build ready to be shipped.
