The Sentinel has returned with another look inside Warframe! It’s Dante Unbound release week, but somehow there’s even more to catch up on if you missed it last Friday. So let’s get straight to it!
This week’s topics:
As you might have noticed in the calendar above, the latest Warframe update lands this Wednesday, March 27! You’ll need to be ready to check out Dante, save the Leverian, test out a new Inaros rework, and more. You can get a taste of what’s to come by reading the full news here and checking out the brand new teaser trailer.
We have also made the decision to separate Deep Archimedea from the Dante Unbound launch on Wednesday, March 27. Instead, we'll be releasing it next week to ensure final polish. You can learn more in our full Forums PSA.
We’re already going over a few select highlights you might have missed last Friday in this week’s Sentinel. That being said, if you want the true, in-depth breakdown of everything that was discussed, revealed, and explained during the live show at PAX East, you should check out our Devstream 178 Overview, or watch the full panel yourself on YouTube!
Our 11 Year Anniversary celebrations have begun with a series of new events! Some prizes are easier to earn than others, though. You can get the all-new Dex Nikana for free just by logging into Warframe starting on March 27 at 12 p.m. ET. You’ll have until the end of the year to acquire one for yourself just by jumping in to play.
You can also currently partake in the first of eight weeks of Alerts that will go live at 11 a.m. ET every Friday, rolling over into each new Alert at the same time (that’s 11 a.m. ET).
Weeks three and seven will also feature uniquely demanding Challenge Mode Alerts. These Missions are meant to resemble the Steel Path in terms of overall difficulty, giving players a taste of that mode without requiring you to unlock their nodes in the Steel Path itself.
One lucky player will also win a Warframe-themed Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC by signing up via the 11 Year Anniversary page and signing up via Gleam.
Last but not least, you can get three unique and useful rewards — including items like Archon Shards, Void Relics, and Mods — as Twitch Drops until April 15! There will be three total weeks of Drops, each of which includes a different graffiti inspired Glyph created by DarikaArt. The first of which is available now until April 1, so there’s still time to claim it and the rest by watching the Warframe Directory on Twitch with a linked account.
TennoCon 2023 introduced you to the first “Protoframe” known as Arthur. Now you can finally put a face to the voice of the second Protoframe: Aoi. Get a look at her design for yourself in the latest Warframe 1999 teaser from last week’s Devstream!
While you wait for your journey into the unknown with Warframe 1999, here’s a tiny peek at the first art from our next major update: Jade Shadows. There are always more secrets to be revealed and new characters to meet, Tenno. What new surprises do you think might be on the way this time?
It’s hard to believe it’s almost that time again, but TennoCon 2024 is right around the corner! You’ll have your chance to claim your ticket (or a Digital Pack if you’re watching from home) later this week. Ticket sales go live this Thursday, March 28 on the official TennoCon website. Make sure to check back and get yours before they’re gone!
Some of you have been asking about claiming Warframe Twitch Drops via the Twitch iOS app. We have a full PSA on the forums, but the short version is that you can no longer claim Twitch Drops via the app since the release of Warframe on iOS. However, you can still earn Drops by watching Warframe Directory streams on the Twitch iOS App as normal. You’ll just have to do the actual claiming somewhere else — such as in the web browser of your PC.
This week, we really hope you enjoy all the new content on offer in Dante Unbound! The team is extremely excited to see what you all think of the new additions and quality-of-life enhancements.
If you just can’t wait to try something different, don’t forget about that first wave of 11 Year Anniversary Alerts! Just look for the “Gifts of the Lotus - Stolen!” activities in the “Event” section of your Star Chart to find them, play, and enjoy your rewards.
