Our massive Warframe: 1999 update is just a few weeks away, Tenno! Time itself has begun to move in mysterious ways as a result. Published by Digital Extremes in 2008, Dark Sector features many early concepts that would eventually evolve into Warframe. The game follows CIA agent Hayden Tenno on their mission to combat the spread of the mutating Technocyte Virus using the Glaive, a weapon formed from their own Technocyte-infected right arm.

Now you can experience the whole story of Dark Sector for free by claiming it on Steam between 12 p.m. ET on November 27 and 12 p.m. ET on November 30. Once you claim the game, it will remain in your library to play even after the free window ends, so pick up a part of DE history today!
